Returns and Exchanges
You may exchange your order free of charge within 7 days of receiving it.
Before initiating a return, please email us with an explanation for the exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Kindly note that all shipping charges to and from your country are your responsibility, and we are not liable for payment or tracking of your package.
Additionally, we offer free repairs in most cases, but the items must be shipped to and from our store at your expense. We encourage you to choose carefully before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
